kn7777's total aggregate liability to any individual player for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their kn7777 account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kn7777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, and third-party service interruptions may affect platform availability from time to time. kn7777 will use reasonable efforts to minimize such interruptions and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

All content on the kn7777 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and interface design, is the property of kn7777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kn7777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
